Chrome Cobalt

Non-magnetic chrome-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with high strength, corrosion and wear resistance. The alloy is a forged version with high nitrogen and low carbon content.

The alloy meets the highest standards and is manufactured by VIM (Vacuum Induction Melting) and undergoes then a ESR (Electro Slag Remelting) process. Finally, the material is being annealed.

Zirconium dioxide

allshape Ltd. uses the newest generations of Zirconia. In order to cover all the indications of restorations, we maintain a stock of Zirconia of different bending strengths, translucencies, colors and even multilayer discs. Thanks to the versatility of the material, we are able to master even the most demanding cases.

IPS e.max® CAD

IPS e.max® CAD is an innovative lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (LS2) for CAD/CAM applications. This unrivalled system combines highly esthetic quality with exceptional user-friendliness. Unlike any other CAD/CAM material, IPS e.max® CAD covers a comprehensive spectrum of indications. A wide range of translucency levels and shades offers great flexibility. Tried-and-tested, coordinated cementation materials complement the system.

IPS e.max® CAD is milled in a “soft” intermediate state in which the material has a characteristic bluish colour. In a swift crystallization process, IPS e.max® CAD subsequently obtains its final high strength of 360 MPa and acquires the desired esthetic properties, such as tooth colour and excellent translucency and brightness.

IPS Empress CAD

IPS Empress CAD are leucite-reinforced high-performance blocks for the CAD/CAM technology. With its homogeneity and light scattering behaviour, IPS Empress CAD provides a balanced chameleon effect. In addition to the light optical properties, the ceramic blocks are distinguished for their average biaxial flexural strength of 185 MPa*. IPS Empress CAD restorations enthuse users with their true-to-nature translucency and convincing esthetics.

Ultaire™ AKP

Ultaire™ AKP is the innovative high-performance polymer of SOLVAY DENTAL 360™, specially developed for metal-free, removable partial dentures.

The advantages at a glance:
- leightweight and biocompatible
- bone-like and tooth-borne
- may minimize bone loss
- no metallic aftertaste
- aesthetically superior, no visible metal

Telio CAD

Telio CAD are cross-linked PMMA discs for the efficient fabrication of long-term temporaries.

As a result of an optimized manufacturing process, the restorations feature a smooth surface that can be quickly and efficiently polished.

DD poly X ML

DD poly X ML blanks consist of multilayer acrylic polymer based on polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) without toxic or allergenic materials (according to ISO 10993-5).

Your benefits:
• 5 layers polymerized – very natural aesthetic effect biocompatible – medical polymer material
• industrially polymerised – low residual monomer content
• high fracture resistance and continuous flexural load
• plaque resistant – low water absorption – dense structure
• good polishing properties and abrasion resistance

DD Bio splint HI

DD Bio Splint P HI blanks consist of thermoplastic acrylic polymer based on polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), with no toxic or allergenic materials and are suitable for the production of bite splints.

Your benefits:
• biocompatible – medical thermoplastic, no chemoplatic!
• industrially polymerized – minimal residual monomer content
• high fracture resistance and long-term stability (bruxism treatment)
• lowest water absorption – long-term stability of the fit
• good polishing properties – smooth surface are less susceptible to discoloration and plaque deposits, which at the same time minimizes the risk of inflammation.

Shofu Block HC

Shofu Block HC is a ceramic-based CAD / CAM restoration material for stable, metal-free restorations. This high-performance restorative material features exceptional long-term stability and flexural strength, plus lifelike light diffusion. It comes with three different holding pins (Universal, Cerec and Ceramill), in various shades (high- and low-translucency) and as one and two-layer milling blocks.

Our versatile and stress-absorbing hybrid material can be easily and accurately milled and quickly polished to a high gloss.

Trinia®

The new generation of TRINIA ™ CAD / CAM discs and blocks consists of a multidirectional network of glass fibers and synthetic resins. For dental technicians and dentists, TRINIA ™ is suitable for the production of copings, substructures of permanent or provisional anterior or posterior crowns, bridge constructions and telescoping restorations. Underframes can be cemented or uncemented.

Vita Enamic

Vita Enamic is a unique hybrid ceramic with a dual ceramic-polymer network structure.

Benefits:
• fabricating durable restorations using a high-load capacity hybrid ceramic with absorption of masticatory forces
• non-/minimally invasive restorations possible since the elastic hybrid ceramic enables reduced wall thicknesses
• fabricating accurate, precise and delicate restorations using a hybrid material with integrated elasticity
• cost-effective reconstruction, thanks to time-saving CAM fabrication and efficient polishing without any firing process
